Pallagrello Nero is an intense ruby red wine that comes from the processing of organic grapes without the use of added yeasts. The nose has aromas of berries, blackberries and blueberries, with pleasant hints of green pepper and chocolate. Excellent with well-structured first courses, main courses of meat, game and roasts.
