ORGANIC - IGP CAMPANIA
Dense ruby color tending towards garnet, with notes of red fruit jams (cherry and maraschino), withered flowers, vanilla undergrowth, fresh and soft with a good persistent olfactory taste. It goes well with structured dishes such as meat sauce, braised meat, roasts, game, lamb and the first structured. Obtained from organic grapes without added yeasts, Casavecchia is a ruby-red wine with violet fingernail. To the nose stand out notes of red fruit, cherry and plum, aromas of undergrowth and notes of herbs and spices. It goes well with roasts, grilled meat, game, lamb and structured first courses.
