Dense ruby color tending to garnet, notes of red fruit jams (cherry and maraschino), vanilla and toasted notes stand out on the nose, with a pleasant balance between the velvety tannins and the softness of the polyalcohols. It goes well with structured meat dishes such as braised meat, roasts, grilled meat, game, lamb and the first courses.
